Leading Self

In this module, they'll learn how to be authentic leaders who reflect who they are, not just mimic someone else's style. They'll discover their strengths and weaknesses and how to use them to their advantage as well as lead from their values.

part 2:

Leading Teams

Leaders will pick up some new strategies, tools, and models for leading and inspiring their teams. Whether they're managing a small team or a large one, this module will help them get the best out of their people and reduce turnover in your organization.

part 3:

Leading Organizations

Finally, they'll learn how to maximize their leadership skills to impact your organization's success. Participants grow to understand how to lead their direct reports, and how to lead in a way that helps you achieve your business goals and strategies.
